How To Save Money Buying Discount Gift Cards

How to Save Money Buying Discount Gift Cards

Did you know that you can save 5%, 10%, or even 30% from stores you regularly shop at without clipping coupons or waiting for sales? I know, sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it's not! There's a new way to save money and it's by buying discounted gift cards. There are many sites that offer this awesome deal and I'll highlight a few of my favorites below. In addition to buying discounted gift cards, you can sell gift cards you don't want on these sites to earn some extra money on gift cards you don't use. In 2015, gift cards in the United States generated $130 billion in sales! That's a lot of gift cards! Not all these gift cards get used and a lot of people would rather sell their unwanted gift cards for a discount rather than throw them away, lose them, or forget about them all together. For the smart, budget-conscious shopper, that means we can benefit from these discounts! If I can go shopping at Target with a $50 gift card that I only paid $40 for, and use my Target Red Card for another 5% off, and get Target points for my purchase, and use my Cartwheel App for coupons, and use an ibotta rebate or Checkout51 rebate after my purchase, and use printable coupons, well....you get the idea. Even if the only money-saving move you make is buying the discounted gift card, then you're still better off than you used to be. Below is a list of where you can buy or sell discounted gift cards. How To Start A Blog Tutorial

How to Start a Blog Tutorial

I'm excited to announce today that I published my tutorial on "How to Start a Profitable Blog". Check it out here! The reason I'm excited about this new post is because I love the format I'm going to use in my tutorials. One of the problems I've encountered when I've visited other sites that teach about blogging or photography or couponing or whatever, is it can be hard to find the information I'm looking for. I want all the information in one place and not spread out through multiple posts and series that I have to search and find somewhere hidden on a site. That's why I'm going to be creating these easy-to-follow tutorials that have all the information on one page! No need to go digging and clicking all over! This first tutorial, How to Start a Blog, so far contains guides to help you with "Domain", "Hosting", "WordPress", "Design", and "Monetizing". I will be adding more to this tutorial as I have time. I plan on including steps about "traffic", "email lists", "post ideas", and more!

November 2016 Income Report

November 2016 Income Report

Today I’m sharing my 5th income report! Check out my past income reports here. My goal is to make money from home while keeping my number one priority to be my family. This means I’m cooking, cleaning, going on field trips, arranging play dates, driving to/from sports, etc. and then working from home in my “spare” time. I hope you can gain some insight into what works (or doesn’t) and how you can make money from home too! November turned out fairly decent. I did better than October, so that's good, but I didn't get as much accomplished as I was hoping I could. Isn't that always the case? I was able to go out of state for Thanksgiving and spend time with both my family and my husband's family for about a week. Other than fulfilling a few Etsy orders, I didn't work at all the whole week of Thanksgiving, but most of my jobs were still making me money (stock photos, this blog, print on demand, etc.). I want to get as much passive income going as possible because it's awesome to make money for work you've only had to do once! Now let's see how the month went...
