2017 February Income Report Post

Welcome to my 8th income report! Check out my past income reports here. My personal goal is to make as much money as I can from home while not sacrificing any of my family responsibilities. This means I’m cooking, cleaning, going on field trips, arranging play dates, driving to/from sports, etc. and then working from home in my “spare” time. My goal at My Income Journey is to help you learn how to make money from home too! I hope you can gain some insight into what works (or doesn’t) and improve your own income journey! I love being a stay at home mom and think everyone should have the option to stay home and earn money if that’s what they want to do!

Why I Publish Income Reports

If it weren’t for other bloggers posting their income reports I would have never started this blog. I am so grateful for their willingness to be open, honest, transparent, and inspire me to get started blogging. I hope I can do the same for you! If you want to start a blog, read my step by step tutorial here.

Conclusion

February was a decent month. It makes me happy to cross the $1,000 mark in any given month! My affiliate income was low, but sometimes that happens. It was really high in January though, so I guess the months even out. I just signed up for Elite Blogging Academy and am excited and nervous to get started working on that. Be sure to sign up for my email list so you can stay up to date with how it’s going. Paying for Elite Blogging Academy is the biggest investment I’ve put towards any of my jobs so I’m hoping it will pay off. I’m going to go through every single step and work hard to implement all of Ruth Soukup’s teachings. Then I’ll give you an honest review of how it turns out for me. Hopefully you’ll see the improvement based on my income reports before I even write a review!!

  1. This is such a great idea! I’d love to start doing something similar when my blog grows up a bit! I make Okay money on my blog now – a couple hundred a month. But this is pretty cool!

  2. I seriously love seeing what you make from stock photography! Your posts are always a reminder for me to get my butt in gear and start listing stock photos for sale.

  3. This is a great post. I love ready income reports. Do you mind me asking what you use to run ads on your blog (adsense?). I’m glad to see you are progressively succeeding.

    1. Yes, I’m just using adsense right now. I’ve heard good things about adthrive and other ad companies, but I don’t have the 100,000 monthly pageviews yet that are required to work with some of them. I’ve been very happy with adsense though!
